My favorite is the apatosaurus, a plant eater. It is about 15 feet tall (three Mrs. P on top of each other) and about 70 feet long (Thirteen Mrs. P laying down)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1><br \/>Kitchen Science<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dinosaurs are reptiles and thus lay &#8230;.. eggs. Yes, they do. We will make some dinosaur eggs in the following video. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5y9Eo9-Hmss\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5y9Eo9-Hmss<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For this project, you need (1) small plastic dinosaur, (2) 1 cup of flour, (3) 1 cup of used coffee ground, (4) 1\/2 cup of salt, (5) 1\/4 cup sand, and 3\/4 cup water. Mix all ingredients together and put the little dinosaur into the formed ball. Let it air dry for three days or put it in the oven at its lowest setting for 15 minutes. Once dry, you can let your child break it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you have a nature journal, have your child make a drawing that you can date and label.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1>Language Arts<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Here is the story on how a dinosaur is born: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dazzle the Dinosaur <\/span>by Marcus Pfister <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ApAJk18zp0U\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ApAJk18zp0U<\/a> This book is quite long and talks about courage too. Help your child to cut both. Then, have your child use the marker to give an eye and a mouth and then glue All the pieces together.
