But, there are so many more to  explore: sloth, orangutan, poison dart frog, tapir, macaw, anteater, caponata, green anaconda, ocelot, okapi, harpy eagle, boa constrictor, gibbon, mountain gorilla, caiman, agouti, iguana and many more. The list is very long and impressive. We will focus on tree-kangaroo with this National Geographic Kids video: <a href=\"https:\/\/m.youtube.com\/watch?v=KfZKxcAo5tw\">https:\/\/m.youtube.com\/watch?v=KfZKxcAo5tw<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Science<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tree-kangaroos are marsupials. What does it mean? It means they are mammals, but give birth to undeveloped babies and the mother carries the young for a while in a pouch located on the abdomen. The mother is called a doe, the father a buck and the baby joey. Also, a group of kangaroo is called a mob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask your child what is the same it different between a tree-kangaroo and a toucan? Help your child to tell you 1 or more similarity(ies) and 1 or more difference(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your child has a nature journal, write down what your child remember from the video above.
